**How and where do I receive my commission?**

Your commission is transferred directly to your bank account within 48 hours of the contract being signed. You can track all pending and completed payouts in your broker dashboard.

**Is Ejari Sharia-compliant?**

Yes. Ejari is a Sharia-aligned rental service reviewed and certified by the Shariyah Review Bureau. We charge a transparent service fee — never interest.

**Is Ejari licensed?**

Yes. Ejari is licensed by REGA (License No. 2200001825) and fully integrated with the official Ejar registration system.

**Do I need a Fal license to sign up?**

Yes. You need an active Fal license from REGA to register as a broker on Ejari. We verify your license during the signup process.

**Are there subscription fees or deal minimums?**

No subscription fees, no monthly charges, and no minimum deal requirements. You only earn — 1% commission on every signed contract.
